How to manage Groupmail 7 billing, invoices and cover renewal
Start from your Groupmail account portal to open the secure billing service connected to your purchase. There you can manage supported payment details, invoices and future annual cover renewal.
Open billing
- Sign in to the Groupmail 7 portal.
- Go to Your plan.
- Use the billing action shown for your purchase.
- If your browser blocks the new tab, allow pop-ups for the Groupmail portal and try again.
Groupmail creates a fresh, secure billing link for each visit. Do not bookmark or share the provider link.
Find an invoice or receipt
Use the billing service opened from your account to view the documents available for your purchase. Your payment receipt is separate from Groupmail’s licence and cover confirmation email.
Cancel annual cover renewal
Use the cancellation control offered by the billing service to stop a future cover renewal. Cancelling annual cover does not remove your perpetual Groupmail 7 licence and does not disable an eligible installed version. It does end access to later releases and cover-only services after the paid cover period finishes.
Cancelling a GM7 renewal does not cancel or change a separate GroupMail 6 Cleverbridge contract.
Renew lapsed cover
If your account shows that cover has lapsed, use the renewal action offered there. The checkout shows the applicable price and tax before you confirm payment. Your installed perpetual version remains usable while cover is lapsed.
Ask for a refund
Groupmail 7 has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Groupmail 7 isn’t right for you, ask within 30 days of paying and Groupmail refunds the full amount you paid, including tax. The guarantee also covers the optional $175 a year updates and support renewal, within 30 days of paying for that renewal.
- Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message.
- You don’t need to give a reason.
The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used; your bank may take a few days to show it. If you are refunded for a licence, your licence is switched off. If you are refunded for a renewal, only that renewal’s year of updates and support is removed; your licence stays active and you keep using Groupmail 7. Your contacts and emails stay on your own computer.
After 30 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Read the full refund policy.
If billing will not open
- Confirm that you are signed in with the email used for the GM7 purchase.
- Allow pop-ups for the account portal.
- Try again after a short wait if the service is temporarily unavailable.
- If the portal says no billing profile exists, email [email protected].
